Tour Overview

Portugal has become one of the major tourist destinations of Europe owing to its vivacity of landscapes and the congenial demeanour with the tourists. Lisbon tour packages will let you explore this beautiful coastal capital of Portugal which is plonked with vivid pastel-coloured edifices and houses. The city is famous for its National Azulejo Museum which is home to decorative ceramic tiles dating back to some 5 centuries old generations. The city is loved for its string of beaches, Tagus Estuary, Palace of Queluz, Ponte 25 de Abril suspension bridge, Lisbon Oceanarium, and Vasco da Gama Bridge among other attractions. The outskirts of Lisbon are hemmed by the districts of Sintra and Evora. While Sintra is famous for its Pena Palace, Castle of the Moors, and Quaint museum, Evora is more noted for its beautiful Roman temples and chapels. The Lisbon tours will also include a visit to Estoril, Lagos, ArmaçãodePêra, and Tavira.

On your Lisbon holidays, you will also be taken to Cascais which is a coastal resort town near Lisbon. The life of this town is characterised by the populace basking on the sandy beaches and the hustle-bustle of busy marina. The place houses Nossa Senhora da Luz, Citadel Palace, Nossa Senhora da Assunção church, and Paula Rego House.

The beaches around Lagos are some of the most beautiful of the Algarve, like Praia de Dona Ana, which can be reached after a 25 minutes walk from the center of the town, Praia do Camilo, a bit further on, and Meia Praia, whose sands stretch for 4 km (2.5 miles) east of Lagos. North of Lagos, Barragem de Bravura is a water reservoir offering fine views.
