There is no need to have any prior experience of swimming. The water sports combo is open to everyone above the age of 12. However, pregnant women, people with any major illness and old people should refrain from these sports due to safety reasons. Most of the sports are time-bound, that is, you are allowed to enjoy them only for a specific amount of time. If you feel like taking some more time, you will have to pay extra for that. The water sports adventures go on from 10 AM to 5 PM every day. If you are opting for a water sports combo, it will take you around two hours to complete all the sports. 

While going for water sports, please carry a valid identification card with you. The adventure sports are conducted all throughout the year, however, in case of unprecedented natural disasters, the activity remains shut.

Confirmation Policy :
The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking Rate is based on a minimum 2 person sharing. We reserve the right to cancel in case the minimum no. of customers required for the visit on any date is not met.

Cancellation Policy :
• If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the visit, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the visit, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the visit, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Refund Policy :
•The applicable refund amount will be processed within 15 business days
