After breakfast Explore the Ao country side, visit more villages. Overnight at Hotel.

After breakfast we ride to the plains of Assam, Lunch at Sibsagar , at Sibsagar visit the Ahom ruins and monuments, Overnight at Hotel.

After breakfast depart by surface to Mon, On arrival check-in at Hotel. Afternoon explore the Konyak Tribal Villages, Overnight at Hotel.

After breakfast depart by surface to Mokokchung, On arrival check-in at Hotel.

Mopungchuket, anAo village. This village lying near Impur the permanent Mission Centre of Ao Baptist ArogoMungdang (ABAM) is making attempts to revive the ancient Ao culture. You will find ‘Morungs’ which are carved Time Pillars. There are ancient artifacts preserved in the village museum and a 100 years old church. Thereafter, take a 30 min village walk where you will find traditional houses. During the day the people of the village work in their paddy fields that surround the village. These paddy field fields are about 1-2 km from the village. However, during your village walks you would come across children and the old folk of the village. 

After your visit you proceed to Chuchuyimlang that is 33 km fromMokokchung and takes approx 1 hr drive. This is an Ao Village that is known to spectacularly celebrate the Moatsu Festival with dance, folksongs, indigenous games and tribal chants in the first week of May every year. Here you visit an Ao Museum that houses Ao artifacts. The construction of this museum and its maintenance is a village community effort. From the museum you proceed on a 45 min village walk where you get to see traditional Ao tribal houses.Check into hotel in Mokokchung, lunch and dinner in hotel .Overnight stay in Mokokchung. After breakfast visit Khonoma village ( 20kms / 01 hrs) explore the area and then we drive back to Kohima and after lunch we proceed further to other Angami villages, evening leisure at hotel.

Khonoma village has been declared as the first “Green village of the country” because of the initiative taken by the village to stop hunting, logging and forest fire. The village has also taken an odd step by declaring 27 sqkms of its territory as "Khonoma Nature Conservation and Tragopan Sanctuary" (KNCTS). At Khonoma you will find Culture, History and Nature intact together. As we go through the village we will see ceremonial gates, morung, cairn circles, forts, historical sites, age group house, meet local craftsmen weaving shawls and making cane basket. Overnight at Hotel.

After breakfast full day excrusion of Cherrapunji.

Visiting  Mawsmai Cave, Thankarang Park, Nohkalikai falls, Dainthlenfalls,  Overnight at Hotel.

Kaziranga is a title of a remarkable success story of conservation of the One Horned India Rhinoceros and other wild lives in the North East India. It is not only the homeland of the Great Indian One Horned Rhinoceros, but also provides shelter to a variety of wild lives. It is one of the significant natural habitat for in situ conservation of biological biodiversity of universal value. The values and criteria made Kaziranga National  Park to get inscribed in the World Heritage Site List 1985. The Kaziranga National Park area consists of 429.93 Sq.Km. with an additional area of 429.40 Sq.Km. and situated in the two districts of Assam, namely Golaghat and Nagaon. The total area of the park within Nagaon district is 175 Sq.Km., out of which 135 Sq.Km. falls under Bagori Forest Range office and 40 Sq.Km. Overnight at Hotel.

After breakfast depart by surface to Langkawet, Enroute visit Shillong, On arrival check-in at Camp.

Shillong was a small village until 1864, when it became the new civil station of the Khasi and Jaintia hills. It remained the summer capital  of Eastern Bengal and Assam for many years. In 1874, on the formation of Assam as a Chief Commissioner’s Province, it was chosen as the capital of the new administration. An earthquake destroyed the city in 1897, necessitating its complete rebuilding. In January 1972, Shillong became the capital of the newly formed state of Meghalaya. Overnight at Camp.

After breakfast we ride to Mawlynnong (120) – the cleanest village and enjoy the various sites in and around Mawlynnong such as the living roots bridge*, Byrdew waterfalls. After lunch at Mawlynnong, we ride further to Langkawet village, and then we spend some time with the local villages, Overnight at Camp.

Later visit Nabagraha Temple and Srimanta SankardevKalekshetra – cultural museum showcasing the art and culture of Northeast India. 

SankardevKalakhetra - located in a beautifully landscaped setting and inaugurated in 1998, is a multi-Arts complex showcasing the rich culture of the state. Named after the most honouredVaishnava saint and the greatest integrator of Assamese society SrimantaSankardeva, the Kalakshetra houses a Central Museum where objects and day-to-day articles used by different ethnic groups are exhibited. It preserves the cultural identity of various communities and tribes of Assam by promoting dance, drama, music and art. There is also an Artists’ Village that creates the atmosphere of a typical Assamese community, the Lalit-Kala Bhavan art gallery where exhibitions, art and sculpture workshops are also held, a Heritage Park, an open-air theatre with the capacity to hold 2,000 people, a traditional Vaishnavite temple and the SahityaBhavan library of rare books and manuscripts. Overnight at Hotel.

In time transfer to airport to board  flight for onward destination.
