DAY 01 - ARRIVE IN DELHI - COME TO DELHI AND RELAX
Arrive Delhi, meet assist at the airport & transfer to hotel. This is the capital city of India, and can be called as a major gateway to India. DAY 02 – IN DELHI – LEARN ABOUT HISTORY OF DELHI
After breakfast full day combined city tour Old & New Delhi visiting Raj Ghat, where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. Red Fort, Made by Mughal Empror Shahjahan, Jama Masjid, The largest in India, It has three great gateways, four angle towers and two minarets constructed of alternating vertical strips of red sandstone and white marble. Chandni Chowk, this main street of Old Delhi is the colorful shopping bazaar, known as Chandni Chowk. It has very sharp contrast to the open, spacious streets of Delhi. Laxmi Narayan Temple, dedicated to Lakshmi, the goddess of prosperity and good fortune. India Gate, this 42ms high stone of triumph is a war memorial. It bears the names of 85,000 Indian army soldiers, who died in the campaigns of WWI. Rashtrapati Bhawan - This palace-like building is the official residence of the President of India and an interesting blend of Mughal and western architectural styles. DAY 03 – DELHI TO AGRA – TRAVEL TO AGRA AND BEHOLD THE GREAT TAJ MAHAL
After breakfast depart by surface to Agra. On arrival check-in at Hotel. Afternoon city tour visiting, Taj Mahal, built by the Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Besides the Taj, the Agra Fort (also called the Red Fort) makes an interesting sight. Other major attractions include the tomb of Akbar’s tomb at Sikandra, Rambagh, the Mughal Garden and Dayal Bagh Temple, Itmad Ud Dauula. DAY 04 – AGRA TO JAIPUR - DISCOVER FATEHPUR SIKHRI ON THE WAY TO JAIPUR
After breakfast depart by surface to Jaipur. On arrival check-in at Hotel. Afternoon orientation tour. The picturesque capital of Rajasthan, Jaipur is color washed pink-the color associated with hospitality in Rajput culture. DAY 05 – IN JAIPUR – DELVE INTO THE GORGEOUSNESS OF JAIPUR WITH A GUIDE
After breakfast full day city tour visiting City Palace, the former royal residence built in a blend of the Rajasthani and Mughal styles. Jantar Mantar, is the largest of the five observatories built by Sawai Jai Singh. The Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds was constructed for the royal ladies to watch the royal processions without being seen. Amber Fort, situated just outside the city, is perhaps the most beautiful example of Rajasthani forts and gives a grand view of the city down below. DAY 07 – IN SHAHPURA - INVESTIGATE THE LEGACY AND ETHOS OF SHAHPURA
After breakfast start your day with a jeep safari to the nearby villages to experience the lifestyle and activities of the locals. They will have a thousand stories to share with you while you can share a few of yours with them. Either spend the rest of your day interacting with the locals or visit nearby areas. DAY 08 – SHAPURA TO NIMAAJ - AN EXTRAVAGANT INVOLVEMENT GLAMPING
After breakfast depart by surface to Nimaaj. On arrival check-in at the unique luxury tented camps. In the evening take a tour of the nearby village. You also have the option to take a bird watching tour where you will come across over 200 different species of wildlife animals and birds like heron, egret, kingfishers, antelope, wild boar, and small jungle cats. DAY 09 - NIMAAJ TO JAISALMER - JOURNEY TO THE APPEALING GOLDEN CITY OF INDIA

A commanding fort etched in yellow sandstone stands, with all its awesome splendour, dominating the amber-hued city. Moreover, the magnificent wood-and stone-carved mansions and buildings display the love and interest Rajputs had for the fine arts. DAY 10 – IN JAISALMER - DISCOVER GRACEFUL HAVELIS AND THE TRADITIONAL FORTRESS
After breakfast city tour visiting, the massive Jaisalmer Fort, the second oldest fort in Rajasthan after Chittaur, Patwon ki Haveli, the grandest haveli of Jaisalmer, Desert Culture centre and museums gives you some glimpse of this small town’s past. The Jain temples meet your religious taste, Salim Singh ki haveli and Nathmal-ki-haveli give you some more idea of the haveli architecture of the town. DAY 11 - JAISALMER TO JODHPUR - FIND THE TEMPLES, ART, AND TRADITION ON A GUIDED TOUR
After breakfast depart by surface to Jodhpur. On arrival check-in at Hotel. Set at the edge of the Thar desert, the imperial city of Jodhpur echoes with tales of antiquity in the emptiness of he desert. Once the capital of the Marwar state , it was founded in 1459 A.D. by Rao Jodha-chief of the Rathore clan of Rajputs who claimed to be descendants of Rama - the epic hero of the Ramayana . While the graceful palaces , forts and temples strewn throughout the city bring alive the historic grandeur, exquisite handicrafts , folk dances music and the brightly attired people lend a romantic aura to the city. DAY 12 – IN JODHPUR – VISIT THE MEHRANGARH FORT & GO THROUGH THE STREETS OF THE BLUE CITY
After breakfast city tour visiting, Mehrangarh Fort – This massive fort is the most impressive and formidable structure in Jodhpur. Jaswant Thada – A cluster of royal cenotaphs in white marble built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Umaid Bhawan Palace – The only 20th century palace built under the famine relief project that gave employment to famine struck population. The palace was completed in 16 years. Night stay in Jodhpur.
DAY 13 – JODHPUR TO UDAIPUR – TRAVEL TO THE CITY OF LEISURE AND LAKES
After breakfast depart by surface to Udaipur. On arrival check-in at Hotel. Located in the Aravalli ranges of Rajasthan, the city of Udaipur is situated at a distance of about 405 km from the state capital Jaipur. The city is well connected through air, rail, and road to other important cities of India like Jaipur, Delhi, and Mumbai. Udaipur is a fascinating blend of sights, sound and experiences. Right from the medieval times, the city has been an inspiration for poets, painters and writers. Founded in 1559 and named after Maharana Udai Singh, Udaipur became the capital of the Sisodia dynasty whose earlier capital was Chittor. According to legend, the Maharana was out hunting one day when he met a holy man meditating on a hill overlooking the Lake Pichola. The hermit blessed the Maharana and told him to built a palace at that very spot, as it would be well protected. The Maharana followed the holy man”s advice and Udaipur came into being. DAY 14 – IN UDAIPUR - PLEASURE IN A ISOLATED TOUR OF UDAIPUR AND LAKE PICHOLA
After breakfast half day city tour visiting, If Jaipur is a city in pink, Udaipur is a study in white. The city is famous for its palaces, lake, museums, temples, and gardens. The City Palace and Museum is considered as the largest palace complex in Rajasthan and its museum has stunning collection of objects collected by different Maharanas of Udaipur over the centuries. The Picholia Lake, Udai Sagar, and Pratap Sagar are some of the most beautiful lakes in the state. Some other attractions in the city are the Jagdish Temple, Saheliyon Ki Bari, Jag Mandir, Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir, Pratap Memorial, and Ahar Museum. Night stay in Udaipur.
DAY 15 – DEPART UDAIPUR – COME BACK TO DELHI AND HEAD HOME

This was a great tour of the most touristy areas of Delhi, Agra, and Rajasthan. The tour guides were knowledgeable, helpful, and seemed to enjoy their work. They provided lots and lots of information about each of the sites visited. The driver stayed with us for the entire duration of the trip and did an amazing job of taking us everywhere we needed. The hotel in Agra was great, but the hotel in Jaipur, although nice, modern, and comfortable, was a bit out of the way and breakfast not up to standards. Overall, this was a great tour and is highly recommended.

We visited Luxury Rajasthan tour this year through Exotic Luxury Holiday, it was an excellent tour. All services were perfect.. car, hotel etc…. We enjoyed the places- Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur etc.

I had a great trip through the beautiful Rajasthan. I was accompanied like an empress through this ramshackle country. I always felt very safe and comfortable with my kind driver. We always had an interesting conversation and also a lot of fun. It could not be better!!! All my insecurities about travelling alone as a woman through India quickly evaporated.
