DAY 01 : ARRIVAL BAGDOGRA - DARJEELING ( 70 kms and takes approx.. 3hrs )
Upon arrival, meet the tour representative and receive a welcome at the airport. Then, you will be transferred Darjeeling. Upon arrival check-in at the Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 02 : IN DARJEELING
Early morning visit Tiger Hill and Ghoom Monastery. After breakfast enjoy Joy Ride on World Heritage Toy Train, Darjeeling to Ghoom and back. Afternoon visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute(closed on Thursday), Zoological Park(closed on Thursday) and Tibetan Refugee Centre(closed on Sunday). Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 03 : DARJEELING - KALIMPONG ( 50 Kms. and takes approx.. 5 Hrs.
After breakfast depart by surface to Kalimpong, On arrival transfer to Hotel. Afternoon visit Zang Dog Palri Fo Brang Monastery, Tharpa Choling Monastery, Thongsa Gumpa and flower nurseries. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 04 : DARJEELING - GANGTOK ( 75 Kms. and takes approx.. 3 Hrs. )
After breakfast depart by surface to Gangtok, On arrival transfer to Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 05 : IN GANGTOK
After breakfast visiting Rumtek Monastery, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Namgyal Institute of Tibetology (closed on Sundays), Cottage Industry (closed on Sundays) and Enchey Monastery. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 06 : GANGTOK - BAGDOGRA
In time transfer to Bagdogra airport to board flight for onward destination.

How many people will be on my trip?
Good things come in small packages, which is why we keep our group sizes down. This means we’re small enough to remain flexible as we thread our way through communities without intimidating the locals. On most of our trips, you’ll be part of an intimate group of 12-16 people, though our group sizes are on average 10 people. Our Overland trips are in purpose-built vehicles that can carry up to 24 travelers. Group sizes are displayed on each trip’s overview page on our website.

Can I just do part of the trip?
Although you won’t be reimbursed for any portion of the trip unused, you can opt to sign off the trip if you need to leave a day or so earlier. If you let us know before travel that you’ll be arriving late or need to leave before the end of the trip, we will notify our team on the ground to best accommodate your requirements.

From the onset, information shared by Exotic Luxury Holiday before we reached Bagdogra was precise. Planning aspect was good, although there was little bit of struggle due to availability of vehicles and drivers on time in morning (slight delay in starting during day- may be due to extremely heavy tourist inflow) Overall quite satisfied by Exotic Luxury Holiday involvement and hospitality which made this trip one of the most memorable trip.
